Este post é um tributo a Hillar Kärner, um dos melhores enxadristas estonianos de todos os tempos, que infelizmente faleceu em 19 de fevereiro de 2017, aos 81 anos. Ele alcançou a posição acima e achou a sequência vencedora contra o grande Mikhail Tal, antigo Campeão Mundial e um dos maiores gênios na história do xadrez. Hillar Kärner era um Mestre Internacional, e conquistou sete vezes o Campeonato Estoniano de Xadrez. Em 2012, ele publicou o livro "Seis décadas sob o feitiço de Caissa", na Estônia. Descanse em paz!
(This post is a tribute to Hillar Kärner, one of the best Estonian chess players in all time, who unfortunately passed away on February 19, 2017, aged 81. He reached the position above and found the winning sequence against the great Mikhail Tal, former World Champion and one of the greatest geniuses in chess history. Hillar Kärner was an International Master, and conquered seven times the Estonian Chess Championship. In 2012, he published the book "Six decades under the spell of Caissa", in Estonia. Rest in peace!)
